Orders to Petals & Patches can be done by a variety of methods. Please note that all International credit card orders can only be paid
for using Visa or Mastercard. Cheque will also be accepted but will take longer to process due to the clearing time required. All cheques should be made out to Petals & Patches.

Orders can be placed by phone if so desired. Due to time zones around the world this is best suited for Australian, South-East Asia or N.Z. customers. Although we appreciate orders of any size, when paying by credit card orders under AUD$10.00 cannot be accepted. Please pay any amount under AUD$10.00 by cheque or money order. Please make cheques or money orders payable to Petals and Patches.
All orders will be despatched within 2 working days,
subject to availability. If any patterns, chalkbroad fabric or accessories are unavailable you
will be notified and an expected delay given. If paying by cheque or money
order, orders will be sent after funds have cleared.
Australia Post is our preferred carrier.
Since wholesale orders will typically be larger than retail orders and have so have a higher amount of work involved we cannot guarantee a 2 working day dispatch cycle. We will however dispatch your order as soon as is practical. Australia Post is our preferred carrier.
If your order does not arrive by mail in good condition, please return unopened and a replacement pattern will be issued. Return postage to be paid for by purchaser.
We take all reasonable care to ensure the privacy of your personal details remains confidential. Any information provided to us will not be distributed to any other party.
The prices below reflect the cost of postage and handling for the various types of items available from us. All prices are in Australian dollars, $AUD.
Australia Post considers anything weighing more than
½kg (17¾ ozs.) or with dimensions greater than 260mm x 360mm x 20mm (10¼" x 14" x ¾") thick as being a parcel. As
a general rule of thumb this equates to more than 8 patterns per order. If any Chalkboard fabric is ordered it is considered to be a parcel.
In such circumstances we will contact you to discuss shipping arrangements.
If you are using our shopping cart Australian postage costs are included in your total.
At present due to a variety of factors we are unable to accurately calculate international postage costs via our shopping cart. When you place your order we will add the postage for you and contact you before shipping to ensure that all is well. Alternatively you could send us an e-mail detailing your order and we will reply with the full cost. You can then place your order.
